Lineart: The Soldier

I drew, inked and edited this today. I will probably add shading in the future. I really love how well his hands turned out. However, I only now realize how short his right arm is in comparison to his left. Oh wells...

He's supposed to be a two-star general in the Union Army. I pretty much made up the whole uniform, which is why the epaulets are going in the wrong direction. My bad. But that could still be historically accurate since the majority of soldiers in the Civil War (especially Confederate soldiers) had to find or make their own uniforms.

Should I shade it in color or sepia/black and white?
